    Fire damage in Shrewsbury - DPM Ltd appointed to prepare schedule documents, agree costs and project manage repairs undertaken by Principal Contractor appointed, acting as Principal Designer and liaising with loss adjuster, neighbours surveyors (Party Wall matters) and Approved Inspectors (Building Regs Compliance) - Modular 1960's build. Smoke damaged asbestos roof tiles disposed of in accordance with Regulations as part of overall package of repairs. Contract value approx £82,000 inc vat completed September 2016

    Fire damage insurance claims to semi-detached Victorian town houses in Sutton Coldfield - DPM Ltd appointed to oversee repairs on behalf of both clients to each semi, acting as surveyors, project managers and Principal Designer under CDM15. Full roof replacement including new timber structure required as part of overall repairs. Total contract value including private works approximately £375,000 inc vat. Completed early summer 2017 by Lanmarc Ltd.

  • Impact Damage – Chip Shop in Wolverhampton

    Vehicle impact damage to a chip shop in Wolverhampton in August 2017 - works due to commence on site to partially rebuild flank elevation in October 2017. DPM Ltd appointed to prepare scope of works as consultants, to seek prices and project manage repairs, acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 on behalf of client. Contract completed on time and under budget in December 2017
